The "Kiehl's Social Media Strategy" project involved researching innovative ways to enhance the brand's marketing and awareness. The team analyzed the target audience, market trends, and current social media performance to identify gaps and opportunities. Strategies included leveraging user-generated content, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific campaigns, supported by data-driven insights to track and refine efforts. The project emphasized actionable solutions aligned with Kiehl's brand identity, showcasing strategic and results-oriented marketing.

Skin Care Products

In the L-One Threads group project,  my  team analyzed various regions and countries to identify the best market for the brand. Each member researched a specific region, evaluating factors like economic conditions, cultural preferences, consumer behavior, and competition. The analysis also considered barriers to entry, such as tariffs and regulations, and the brand's alignment with local values. Findings were compared to determine the most promising market, leading to a data-driven recommendation supported by evidence of profitability and market fit. This collaborative approach showcased a strategic method for international market analysis.

For my group project on the Safety Barbell, I contributed by researching and analyzing the concept of a barbell with a safety feature that allows users to drop weights safely when pressing two thumb buttons. My role involved studying the current barbell market, identifying safety concerns related to traditional barbells, and assessing how this innovative design could address those concerns. I also helped evaluate potential manufacturing challenges, target customer segments, and how to position the product in the market. My contributions aimed to ensure that the safety feature not only enhanced user safety but also aligned with user needs and industry trends, leading to a comprehensive and practical product strategy.

Gym Equipment

This presentation for the Red Cross combined an evaluation of the organization's weaknesses with primary research through surveys and interviews. Surveys provided quantitative data on donor satisfaction, volunteer retention, and public awareness, while interviews offered qualitative insights from stakeholders such as donors, volunteers, and staff. These methods helped identify trends, challenges, and actionable improvements based on real-world feedback. By integrating these findings, team developed practical, evidence-based recommendations tailored to the Red Cross's needs, adding credibility and depth to our proposed solutions.

Charity Drive

In a group project on Tesla, I researched the company's strategic management and explored ways it could further stand out in the electric vehicle (EV) market. I analyzed Tesla's current strategies, including innovation, brand positioning, and supply chain efficiency, while also addressing challenges like competition and scalability. My research included examining growth strategies, industry trends, and emerging technologies. I recommended improving affordability, investing in advanced battery tech, forming partnerships, and enhancing brand loyalty through personalized customer experiences and AI advancements. My work provided actionable insights to help Tesla maintain its leadership and innovate in the EV market.

Electric Car on Highway

For our group project, we organized a charity event to raise money for kids' education. I helped plan the event by managing finances, creating a budget, and ensuring funds were allocated effectively. I also contributed to the marketing strategy by designing campaigns, collaborating with influencers, and building partnerships with schools and community organizations to increase awareness and engagement. The goal was to raise funds while inspiring people to support the cause. This project gave me experience in event planning, budgeting, and marketing for a charitable initiative.
